Rox Training AI Edition

Your goal.
Your products.
Your team’s customers.

Your team doesn’t practise on textbook cases but on their own customers. The AI plays exactly the customer your salesperson will meet next week. During the training and for twelve weeks afterwards.

Your benefits

The training was good.
And three weeks later?

This is where the AI Edition comes in: your team keeps practising on their own customers, even when you don’t have time for it yourself.

For sales managers

Practice without extra effort

Your team practises continuously, without having to organise role plays.

Well prepared for key meetings

Annual reviews and price talks are rehearsed beforehand on the real case.

Coach with substance

Instead of “How’s it going?”, you talk about a specific customer.

Your goal comes first

You define what should succeed. Your team finds its own way to get there.

For managing directors

Training that reaches the customer

Your training budget pays off with your customers, not just in the seminar room.

Value instead of discount

People who practise negotiations on a real case stand up for the value of your offer with more confidence.

AI with a clear purpose

Your team uses AI for a real task, without an AI project of its own.

How it works

Three things come
together.

An example: Your goal is for customers to experience your team thinking beyond the current request. The AI plays Mr Huber, a plumber who is always in a hurry and only orders heating parts. In passing, he mentions that his new employee is unsure about heat pumps. Afterwards, your salesperson sees whether he spotted this opportunity.

Your goal

You decide what your customers should experience in your team’s conversations. How your people achieve this is up to them.

Your products

We set up your products and services in advance, so the practice conversation is about your real offer.

Your team’s customers

Each salesperson describes a customer they are about to meet. The AI plays this customer, and your salesperson leads the conversation.

During the training

Every customer gets
full attention.

The case grows along

After each training step, the real case is developed further. The result is a personal conversation guide: the same structure for everyone, in their own words.

The group contributes

Whatever is developed in the training is available to everyone for their own case. The real cases themselves remain personal.

What works stays

Shared cases, role plays and feedback remain. Practising with the AI is added in short phases, and in seminar series also between the modules.

The practice conversation

The AI plays
the customer.

Your salesperson leads the conversation. He talks by voice with the customer from his real case and tries out how he wants to handle the real conversation.

Short and targeted

Short sequences are practised, for example just the opening. Then feedback, then the next attempt.

Just like a real conversation

The customer doesn’t reveal everything and becomes more demanding as your salesperson grows more confident.

Feedback on your goal

What counts is whether the goal was achieved, not whether certain phrases were used.

Process

From the goal to the
final review.

01 · Goal and products

We clarify your goal and set up your offer.

02 · Real case

Each salesperson describes a customer in advance, with no preparation needed.

03 · Training

You open with your goal, and your team practises every step on their own customer.

04 · Twelve weeks of support

Practice before and after real meetings, with up to two new real cases.

05 · Final review

Trainer, manager and salesperson look at the progress together. If you wish, we continue from there.

Good to know

Trust is
the foundation.

The real case belongs to your salespeople

You only see it once they share it. People who know nobody is watching practise more honestly.

Practice, not assessment

The feedback supports practice. It is not an evaluation.

Own words, not stock phrases

The AI does not provide ready-made phrases.

People train, the AI practises along

Training and coaching stay with me and with you. Customers are described anonymously, and real conversations are not recorded.

Frequently asked questions

Answered
briefly.

Do my employees need to prepare anything?

No. Before the training, they describe a customer in their own words.

Does the AI replace the training?

No. It complements it. The training itself still takes place with me and your team.

Is the AI Edition also available as an open seminar?

No. It is delivered only with your own team. You can experience the principle beforehand in a workshop.

Does my company need its own AI solution?

No. I provide the practice environment.

Let’s talk about it

What should your customers experience in the conversation?

Tell me what your customers should experience in your team’s conversations. Together we’ll work out how the Rox Training AI Edition can support you.

Or experience it yourself: in the workshop “Practising on your own real case: experience AI sparring for your team” you bring one of your own customers and practise yourself.
